hi people! today is a tremendous tuesday!!! i can actually relax at home, but of course, i finished my homework yesterday afternoon!!! i still have to revise a little bit todat though. yesterday, which is monday, when we were having pe, there was rain! but it helped us!! my teacher said oh no rain!!! but he led us to the fitness room!

my best friend was on the treadmill the first time and she ajusted speed 19.9!!! she was running like crazy and all that. the footsteps were so loud that the whole class stared at her!my teacher quickly stop the treadmill and she was saved. then there was the fitball, the increase ur muscles , pulse rate thingie and much more!
